The experience at this buffet was very disappointing. The vegetarian food was not good and, on top of that, the food was not even hot. What made it worse was the attitude of the staff β they were extremely arrogant and unhelpful. Requests were repeatedly ignored, and to get even basic things done, we had to ask multiple times. There were no spoons, napkins, or water at the table, and getting these from the staff was unnecessarily difficult. I wish I could give negative stars for service!

While some of the dishes were decent, several others were a miss, and unfortunately the overall dining experience was extremely disappointing.
I had a reservation booked through Swiggy for 9:00 PM, yet on arrival I was repeatedly told that my booking was for 8:00 PM and that my table had already been given away, despite me clearly showing the reservation confirmation. I donβt mind waiting if needed, but what was unacceptable was the arrogant and disrespectful attitude of the lady at the reception while handling the situation.
The service at the table reflected the same lack of professionalism. We constantly had to look around for waiters for basic things like spoons or getting plates cleared, and everything required repeated follow-ups.
I had just dined at The Leela Palace, Bangalore, where the experience was exactly the opposite with attentive service, courtesy, and high standards. After that, this felt like a place that has unfortunately normalized mediocrity, which is disappointing given the expectations associated with the hotel.
One of a kind experience ! β¨ Luxury Royalty maintained. Food quality too good. Must try Gohst (Mutton Biriyani ) and Mutton Rogan Josh. Overall perfect.
