EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED with Cake Plaza! Ordered two cakes in advance with specific delivery times (12 pm and 3 pm), but both arrived 3 hours late. The excuse? The chef forgot to make one of the cakes! Unbelievable. Despite booking well in advance and specifying the importance of the timing, they couldn't get it right. To top it off, the customer support staff was arrogant and unhelpful. Avoid Cake Plaza at all costs if you don't want to ruin your special occasion. Terrible experience.

Ordered a cake from cake plaza after seeing their Insta page, trusted them to deliver for bf's bday . BIG MISTAKE for trusting them♂️. Despite my requests, the lady in charge made it a nightmare . Cake was subpar, design was off, and the attitude? Forget about it . ₹2.7k for this?! Roadside vendors do better for less,lol I’m not sorry for saying this.
DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT order from here for special occasions. Surprise turned into disaster . Not worth the money or stress. 💔 i will not even recommend my enemy.. worst decision ever!!
