Nice bakery or pastry shop. Good location visible from the moving traffic. Food items are all tasty and great. Good place for a quick bite. Quality and Quantity are both satisfying. Prices are also reasonable.Excellent location right on the main road in the East Patel Nagar market. Best bakery in the area. If you love cakes,patties, or baked breads this is the place to buy. There snacks are good. Staff is polite and helpful. Due to Covid variety is reduced. Covid protocols are being followed. Overall a great experience.
Went to Creme N Crisp and bought a Chocolate Truffle cake (₹580 for half kg) for my brother’s birthday. While the cake itself was decent and not upto the price point, I was quite surprised by the service.
Since we were about to celebrate near India Gate and rolling in the car, I politely requested a few extra tissues (since he gave only 2 tissue paper). The person at the counter bluntly refused, saying “Bhaiya itne hi milte hain tissue paper cake ke saath.”
Frankly, this felt unprofessional—especially considering the price point. Even local bakeries offer better courtesy and don’t address customers so casually. A small gesture like a few extra tissues can go a long way in customer experience. Unfortunately, Creme N Crisp seems to miss that basic touch.
Extremely Disappointed – Worst Cake Experience
I had the worst truffle cake ever from this shop. It felt like eating pure sugar with no hint of chocolate at all. The sweetness was overwhelming, and there was absolutely no taste of the sponge or whipped cream. It completely ruined the mood on the special occasion of my father's birthday.
To make matters worse, the cake I had selected was not even the one they packed. They gave me an old cake instead, which was completely unacceptable.
I genuinely regret my decision to purchase from this shop. I would strongly advise others to avoid buying cakes from here if you care about quality and value for your money.
