in the last weekIβve been visiting Kababs & Kurries at ITC Gardenia for almost a decade, but my recent experience was very disappointing. Food: The dishes were extremely oily and poorly prepared. The Gucci dish had barely any gucchi in itβmostly just peas. The chicken dish was overloaded with butter, oil, and salt, making it difficult to enjoy. This is far from the quality Iβve experienced here in the past. Service: Service was surprisingly slow. Getting the bill took over 30 minutes, and our packed food was left unattended in a cornerβthe staff didnβt bother to bring it to our table. Overall, a significant drop in both food quality and service compared to what this restaurant used to be known for. I truly hope the team works on improving the standards.
