I am writing to make others known, this a serious complaint regarding a bulk order I recently placed from your outlet.(First Floor, Plot no. 1073, Dharamshala Road, Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh 273001).
The biryani i picked was completely unacceptable and far below BBKβs quality standards.
Issues observed:
The biryani had a foul and spoiled smell.
The paneer used tasted fake/low quality.
The food was not fresh and unsafe to eat.
Rice with paneer was lumpy indicating deliberately used old stock to fullfill the requirement.
Very low quantity of paneer compared to what was paid for ,indicating spoilage.
Paneer tasted synthetic / rubber-like, not real paneer.
This caused major inconvenience since it was a bulk order meant for multiple people. it was my first marriage anniversary and it made us very disappointed.
