in the last weekThey are absolute thieves! I was charged twice for the same transaction. After several follow-ups, one representative told me I would receive my refund within 6 hours. When I checked back after 6 hours, they changed their story and said it would take another 48 hours. Now they’re telling me to contact my bank — but the bank has confirmed that they never received any refund request from them. This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional.
