2 months agoRadisson is not a 5 star hotel anymore. I booked the reservation categorically calling out that itβs an anniversary celebration. I experienced Neung Roi back in 2018 and their good food and overall experience was very good. Unfortunately, yesterday experience was poor and I donβt think I would visit again. Bad experiences Ambience - Seems run down and just the same as I experienced back in 2018 Service - I couldnβt catch the name of the man who was assigned to our table. He seemed like he hates his job. He had no smile or interest in his face, listening skill was poor and the worst part, he forgot our anniversary. After I paid the bill, I had to literally speak to him to remind him of our anniversary and he was like Iβm sorry I totally forgot and requested me to wait for a cake. I told him, no Iβm now not interested, his response was like β please take it, else the cake will be wastedβ. That statement completely put me off, Iβve decided Iβm not coming back and neither will recommend to any of my friends and family. Valet service - Apparently now you have to pay a fixed price of Rs 200 which is not a problem but could be a problem for other customers who are not used to such prices. Besides its customers call how much they like to pay. For a 5 star hotel, why a charge of Rs 200, clearly theyβre not doing well. Anyways, when the car was delivered to me, usually 2 guys come to open both side of the door to let the customer board, I had to open the door for my wife and the valet guy just left the car and went away. The only plus was the food which was good, else it was the most pathetic experience my wife and I experienced yesterday. Never coming back.

5 months agoThe place looks great but the food was missing Thai touch. The food felt indianized. Didnβt feel authentic Thai. Too sweet. Thai food is sour, spicy and sweet..
