a week agoToday went to hospital the TMT test of my Mother. It has been more than 1.5 hours and test is not conducted for want of woman attendent. This is not the service Kailash hospital is known for. Me and my family have been associated with this hospital since 2002 and I have seen this hospital rising from scratch. But I think with growth it's operational capabalities are detorating. For simple healthcheck up we are in hospital since 8:45 am. Still in the test room waiting for someone to attend to my mother.

a week agoWorst Neurologist Consultation. We scheduled a consultation with Dr Kuljeet Anand (Sector 27) who claims to be a Neurologist. When we reached on time, we were still behind 10 numbers. The Doctor consulted only for 10 minutes, while charging 1500 Rs for the consultation. The patient is a Parkinson patient who generally visits after 6 months. Generally, neurologist (based on other national and international experiences) takes 45- 60 minutes to talk to patient and see how they have been doing for past 6 months. Based on these discussions and "listening to the patient/carer", they decide on the next dose of medicines for next 6 months. In our case, he seemed in rush to close the appointment and so did not even shown interest to listen to us. Hence FAILED to diagnose the current issues patient was dealing with. Seemed like hospital is trying to generate money as much as possible from such doctors without even caring about patients. Looks like with those 1500 Rs, I learned, not to repeat this mistake. I am not going back to this doctor again.
